Your responsibilities
- Solving problems and providing information about pharmaceutical products.
- Professional advisor through various communication channels (e-mail, chat and phone).
- Advising customers on pharmaceutical product selection.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Collaboration with an internal team to insure a high quality service.
- Monitoring and analyzing customers feedback to continuously improve services.
