Job description:
  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues and you will be responsible for the following:
  • Provide assistance via telephone, e-mail, chat and social media regarding the platform
  • Listen carefully and understand customer needs
  • Building a good relationship with the customer
  • Participate in activities and meetings to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
  • C1 language skills level for Dutch and B1/B2 language skills level for English
  • Good use of PC and online browsing
  • Customer orientation and attention to detail
  • High problem-solving capacity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service will be considered a plus
