Miejsce pracy: Szczecin
- Assisting passengers.
- Supporting passengers with travel difficulties and providing information via incoming calls/chat/e-mails on the following topics: baggage, booking tickets, rescheduling flights.
- Handling complaints.
- Knowledge of Spanish on communicative level (min. B2) and English (min. B1).
- Ability to operate Windows operating system and MS Office package.
- Communication skills and attitude towards working with people.
- High personal culture and customer orientation.

- Availability to work from the office (Szczecin, Posejdon).
- Attractive salary based on a civil (35.71 PLN/hr) or labour contract (6000 PLN).
